Temperature control
All food products, such as meat and dairy products, vegetables and fruits, as well as alcohol, tobacco, medicines, require a specific temperature during transport, regardless of the duration and distance of the journey.
Practice has shown that our customers have to solve various problems and requirements when transporting perishable goods, whether it is a neighboring region or far abroad.
Thus, taking into account the geography of transportation, the characteristics of international and domestic carriers, we offer various temperature monitoring options during cargo delivery.
The possibilities
The temperature sensor allows monitoring the temperature in the isotherm, kung (universal body) and refrigerator.
This solution is often used in cases where the machines are not equipped with temperature sensors or there is no possibility to connect to the recorder for technical reasons.
To install it, you will need to pull the cable and drill a hole in the wall of the refrigerator. This method will ensure the maximum reliability of data transmission from the temperature sensor to GPS devices. The disadvantage of the wired solution is that it is not suitable for unattached refrigerators.
The wired temperature sensor can work together with the door opening and closing sensor. Thus, in the Wialon system, you see how often the doors were opened during the entire cycle, as well as how this affected the temperature change of the refrigerator․
As a result of mounting the sensor in the Wialon system, you will receive the following functions:
- Interactive temperature control in kung (universal body), isotherm, refrigerator․
- Notices about the maximum level of temperature in the ref․
- Comprehensive reports on temperature dynamics during the trip․
- Visual temperature change in graph․
- Checking the effect of opening the door on the temperature sensor․
Wireless sensors
Although wired and wireless temperature sensors solve the same problem, wireless devices have a number of undeniable advantages.
Wireless solutions transmit temperature values via a radio signal. This means that its work does not require expensive cable pulling and violation of the integrity of the refrigerator body. It will be enough to install the sensor on the attachment on self-tapping screws, double-sided or tensioner.
Such installation principle will take 5-10 minutes and no more, which allows you to quickly remove and move the sensor to one or another refrigerator without our specialist.
And in the Wialon system you see the regular data received from the sensors.

Если Ваши рефрижераторы не оборудованы регистраторами – iQFreeze поможет удаленно контролировать температуру в рефе при перевозке охлаждаемых грузов.
Преимущество решения в том, что оно обходится выгоднее, чем покупка “самописца” температуры. Инструмент направлен на максимальный контроль за работой рефа, и поэтому предоставляет возможности контроля и диспетчеру, и водителю.
А реализовано оно с помощью бортового устройства и мобильного приложения для Android.
Бортовое устройство iQFreeze получает данные напрямую от рефрижератора и через GPS трекер передает их в систему Wialon. В то же время, водитель видит актуальные данные по температуре и состоянии рефрижератора на экране смартфона. Специальное приложение оповещает о критическом спаде температуры с помощью звуковых и визуальных уведомлений.
Как на мониторе у диспетчера, так и в приложении у водителя отображаются следующие параметры:
- Температура окружающей среды
- Температура внутри фургона
- Заданная температура груза
- Состояние дверей фургона: открыто/закрыто
- Режим работы рефрижератора: нагрев, охлаждение, заморозка, оттайка и др.
- Моточасы и обороты двигателя
- Напряжение, ток аккумуляторной батареи рефрижератора
- Режим работы двигателя холодильной установки
- Сообщения об ошибках и предупреждениях.
